I’ve been an executive performance coach and leadership development practitioner for 25 years now, both as an educator of high performing individuals, while also developing my International coaching business for the past 10 years.
My background is coaching gold-medal winning athletes and high performing individuals, with a passion for developing great achievers in all walks of life. I’ve been fortunate that my career has taken me all over the world and afforded me the chance to work with so many different cultures and values. This experience allows me to work with people to develop leadership awareness and quickly make a genuine difference.
I like to describe my approach as ‘intuitively challenging’ - always holding in sight the goals agreed between the clients and myself – and supportively encouraging.
Over the years I’ve developed a natural ability to assess situations, listen and really ‘hear’, drawing on personal strengths of warmth, perceptiveness and daring - always aiming to work with frankness, compassion and humour.
I’ve worked successfully with both individuals and senior teams, with independent assignments that cover industries as diverse as pharmaceutical, financial services, the airline industry and environmental services. These days I work with clients mainly in the City, Europe, the Middle East and the US.
I hold certification as a Systemic Team Coach, an Executive Transformational Coach, an NLP Master Practitioner, and I’m licensed in psychometric tools ESCI, SDI and FIRO-B. I’m also certified in Systemic Coaching Constellations.
My approach to coaching is rooted in systemic thinking, which means we don’t just look at individual performance or leadership tactics.
