Moving in to a senior leadership position in 2020/21 I began working with Charlotte as part of a Volkswagen Financial Services leadership cohort. Our learning journey was supported with targeted seminars, opportunity for live observation / experimentation and 1:1 coaching sessions. My time working with Charlotte was quite simply the most thought provoking, engaging and impactful personal development that I have had the privilege to undertake.
At the heart of the work is a person that truly cares about the development of individuals and teams. Charlotte has an ability to quickly form a high-trust environment, whether through virtual sessions or in-person. The programme of work created was highly tailored to both the business I work for and to my own needs: I was challenged and guided through understanding my key values (and techniques to manage situations when values are pushed), defining my leadership vision and setting out an ongoing leadership journey.
The development programme was enhanced through equine based learning, an experience that provided a route to challenge and develop leadership techniques. This opportunity for immersion coupled with Charlotte’s approach to leadership development created a unique, high impact, proposition.
Through the programme I was equipped to continue growing in senior leadership positions; I frequently return to the tools and techniques we explored.
